I have made this recipe for almost 30 years personally passed on to me by family from the 40's to 70's era. In 2006 brought out under the name Howard's Creek Authentic Beer Cheese, as Howard's Creek runs into the Kentucky River which is where the history of "The Original Kentucky River Valley Delight"(TM) was conceived.

You have a dinner, party or fund raiser. You want to do something different, something easy, something unique, but definately something Kentucky. Howard's Creek Authentic Beer Cheese offers all of that. The party tub can be dipped into 2 - 3 oz. containers or onto your beautiful plate, surround it with crackers, carrots, celery and radish slices and you will be the hit of everyone. You let us know how you plan to use the Party Tub and we will send you the brochures or business cards for you to have to explain the history of Howard's Creek Authentic Beer Cheese or anything else you may need. You can get 60 - 2 oz. servings or about 40 - 3 oz. servings out of the Party Tub. (Party tub actually comes in a 7.5 pound white container with a handle and will state that it is 7.5 pounds on the container.)
